Mt. Laurel, NJ - June 23, 2009 - College Fanz Sports Network, the world's largest online college sports community launched by ESPN founder Bill Rasmussen is partnering with the colleges of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) to present the College Fanz NAIA Football Game of the Week.

Traveling across America in the colorful College Fanz Van, College Fanz will produce live streaming video webcasts of selected NAIA college football games. The Fanz Van will be manned by Jason Dannelly, director of college relations for College Fanz and a crew of talented broadcasters and technicians stopping at college campuses around the country.

The debut of the College Fanz NAIA Football Game of the Week is Saturday, August 29th, with the annual First Down Classic in Platte City, Missouri, a doubleheader featuring Avila University vs. Doane College in the first game and McKendree University vs. Ottawa University in the second.

Thursday, September 3rd, the Fanz Van travels to Joliet, Illinois for the Saint Xavier vs. St. Francis gridiron contest, and on Saturday, September 5th, to Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the Nebraska Wesleyan vs. Sioux Falls tilt.

Additional games are still being added to the schedule, culminating with the NAIA Playoffs in November and December.

"The opportunity for us to meet fanz in person on campuses around the country, share their enthusiasm and passion for their colleges, bring our cameras and microphones into their games and bring a live webcast to fanz around the world, represents a significant advance for not just fanz of the NAIA but for fanz of all college sports," said Rasmussen, the innovator behind ESPN and founding partner of College Fanz.

"The NAIA is proud to work with Bill Rasmussen and College Fanz on the College Fanz NAIA Football Game of the Week," said Jim Carr, NAIA President and CEO. "College Fanz supports our mission to advance character-driven intercollegiate athletics and offers a tremendous platform to tell the NAIA story. Together we are committed to sharing that passion with fans around the world."

Launched September 7, 2007, 28 years to the day that Rasmussen's ESPN dream went on the air for the first time, College Fanz is the world's largest online college sports community, with students, alumni, and other fanz of college sports. College Fanz boasts over 22,000 web pages devoted to more than 1,450 colleges and universities competing in over 225,000 NCAA and NAIA athletic events.
